It took me nearly twenty-eight years and five unripe avocados to get here. One quite literally stormy night, I thought, that bag of unripe avocados sitting on the kitchen counter is no use to me. I obsessed over that bag for a few days until I was able to eat them all. It was then that I realized my love for avocados is out of control.
